Hello! I'm Chelsey, and I’ve had a profound journey both professionally and personally in supporting children with delays. With 15 years of experience providing specialized strategies and determining eligibility for services, I have developed a deep commitment to their development and well-being.

Life has blessed me with the opportunity to wear many different hats; one of the most influential was the graduation cap I wore on the day I earned my degree in Psychology from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Immersing myself in the field of psychology opened my eyes to the joy of interacting with others in a meaningful and intentional way. Pouring into the lives of people—both adults and children alike—gives me a great sense of purpose, and specializing in children’s development was a natural transition right out of university. My work has afforded me the opportunity to engage with an array of growth stages, including preschool dynamics, 1st grade to 8th grade, and developmental basic skills from 1st grade to high school in all five developmental domains.

Navigating the challenges with my own child's journey (second cap), overcoming obstacles, and seeking community services to help reach milestones has undoubtedly added a personal dimension to my understanding and empathy towards families facing similar situations. The pandemic was indeed a challenging time for many, and it presented difficulties to those who lost loved ones. As we move forward from those challenging times, focusing on recovery and rebuilding is crucial, especially for children who may have been particularly affected by disruptions in their development.

Today, I stand as a beacon of compassion, expertise, and advocacy (third cap). I am committed to empowering children and families, ensuring they receive the support and resources essential for their growth and well-being. My dedication to supporting your children with disabilities while educating you with the tools to help them succeed is my first priority.
